My name is Kacey Klein (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#130851). I believe that connection and collaboration are key to fostering lasting change. You are the expert on your own life, and I see myself as a partner in your journey toward growth and self-discovery. I also focus on practicing and learning effective communication skills—an essential tool for building healthy boundaries and improving relationships. Whether you're navigating personal connections or managing work-life balance, we’ll explore ways to assert your needs, communicate openly, and develop stronger boundaries that protect your well-being.
In my previous work, I served as a therapist in various treatment facilities that ranged from substance use, eating disorders and mood disorders. Most recently, my work has focused on higher education and helping individuals navigate the various stressors, events, and obstacles that students face during life transitions. My background allows me to provide eclectic counseling services and interventions. As a human-centered therapist, I work with what you need, using a variety of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused interventions. My intention is to use humor, connection, and education to help you build the tools you need. I strive to create a space where all feelings are welcome, there are no stupid questions, and laughter is encouraged. I hope all my clients can feel safe to bring their authentic self to session.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and dog, Kona. I love being outdoors, reading, trying new foods, and traveling.
