Communication breakdowns? Violation of trust? Lose the spark? Struggling through life transitions? Couples therapy are a perfect way to dedicate some intimate time to one another and strengthen your relationship.
Family sessions encompass 3+ family members. Depending on the family’s needs, we will work on communication skills, explore behavioral patterns within the family system, addressing each individual’s needs in the family. This can be an excellent compliment to individual sessions since we cannot change in a vacuum and need our environments and relationships to adjust with our individual growth.
